Need drawings or engineering? We bring in architects and engineers we have worked with for years. Then you get a written, line-item estimate you can actually read.
We Build It
Dave runs every job himself. Not a rotating site manager, not a foreman you have never met. The person who quoted your build is the one on it.
Walkthrough & Warranty
Nothing is done until you say it is. We walk the finished job together and build the punch list side by side. The work carries a one-year warranty.

Straight Answers
Dave gets back to you, comes out to look at the property, and talks through what you have in mind. If it is something worth doing, you get a written, line-item estimate. No pressure and no obligation either way.
Cost plus. You pay what the work actually costs, plus an agreed fee on top. That means you see the real numbers rather than a padded lump sum, and if something comes in under estimate the saving is yours, not ours.
Fully. We're a licensed Utah general contractor, bonded and insured, and we pull every required permit ourselves so your project is inspected and code-compliant from day one.
It depends on scope, and you'll get a real schedule in writing before we start. Dave runs the job himself, so when you want to know where things stand you are asking the person who knows.
Both. If you need drawings or engineering, we bring in architects and engineers we have worked with for years and coordinate them for you. If you already have plans, we build from those.
