By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by GALAXY CONTRACTORS, LLC, trading as Galaxy Contractors.
Using the site
You may read this site, share links to it, and contact us through it. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site beyond ordinary search engine indexing.
- Send us false information, or somebody else's contact details without their say-so.
- Try to break into, overload or interfere with the site.
- Reuse our photos, text or logo without written permission.
Estimates and work
Sending the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, book a crew, or hold a price. Anything on this site about services, timelines or ranges is general information, not an offer.
Work we take on is governed by the written contract we sign with you, which covers scope, price, schedule, change orders, warranty and payment. If anything on this site conflicts with that contract, the contract wins.

The text, photographs, drawings and logo on this site belong to GALAXY CONTRACTORS, LLC or are used with permission. Project photos show our own work. Do not reproduce them without asking.
No warranty for the site itself
We keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. We do not promise it will always be online, error free, or up to date with current pricing and lead times. Call us for anything you plan to rely on.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, GALAXY CONTRACTORS, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our liability for the work we contract to perform, which is governed by that contract and by Utah law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts serving Iron County, Utah.
